This is extremely beautiful and full of elegance. It lends itself to a mesh underskirt attachment 'puffing' the skirt of the dress out in true 80s 'puffball' style. It's puff sleeves continue on the theme and the material itself, again, is very typical and traditional of the colourful decade.
