This beautiful vintage Frank Usher cocktail dress from the 1970's is a pure evening-wear classic. The black velvet-effect material used is so sophisticated with subtle bow detail around the breast and bodice area. The bodice itself is corseted with structured pins in place to cinch you in. Designed to be worn tight around the top half of the body, the dress' breast area, with the corset-style fitting, acts as a bra support. The halterneck style of dress is incredibly flattering showing just the right amount of skin and the length is elegant with it just touching the floor.
